Our aim is to make Silicon Border such an attractive location that some may not want to leave at the end of their work day.
Toward that end, we are planning a mixed-use development that includes not just manufacturing sites, but on-site amenities including:
A condominium complex with clubhouse and other housing options
A shopping center and retail outlets for other resident needs such as groceries and banking
A hospital and hotels
An office complex with rental spaces of all sizes
A new Universidad Autónoma de Baja California satellite campus, and a research center for technology partnerships
