Prior to joining Silicon Border, Mr. Tenney provided financial and management consulting services to high tech, real estate development, production homebuilder and other client companies in Southern California, with an emphasis on assisting publicly traded companies. He was formerly Corporate Controller for Pro Kennex, and at FPA Medical Management. Mr. Tenney also spent nine years in public accounting, including positions with Deloitte & Touche and with Arthur Andersen as audit manager. He is a certified public accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Ms. Hernandez specializes in IMMEX requirements for high technology products. She was formerly Director of the Electronics and IT Chamber of Mexico in the Northwestern Region, and she has a deep background negotiating with the Congress and Mexican Government for new laws and deregulations for the high tech industry, and for funding and benefits for new projects. Ms Hernandez has a degree in Logistics, Customs and International Business from Baja California Tec, Tijuana, Mexico.
