Silicon Border Development is a privately held developer of industrial parks catering to high-

Established in 2001 by semiconductor industry executives, the company has assembled a
seasoned team of high-tech, finance, real estate and IT experts to develop a globally competitive
science park in Mexicali, the capital city of Baja California, Mexico.

Guided by U.S. industry and Mexican economic leaders, Silicon Border Development is currently
focused on support for semiconductor, flat panel display design and fabrication, and solar
photovoltaic manufacture and device integration, enabling a cost-effective and competitive
manufacturing center in North America for emerging and established companies.
